Mandey, who joined the agency more than eight years ago, has a background in both media and agency software. She leads the client service teams, servicing more than 30 clients, as well as the strategists. She is responsible for both client satisfaction as well as client gross margin - a tough balancing act!
Responsible for the Quarry client results team, Mandey plays a leading role on much of the agency’s client business. A fearless strategist and problem solver, Mandey brings a wealth of experience to her role, based on previous positions leading media, production and agency process improvements. As a result, Mandey offers strategic leadership and counsel for many clients. Mandey has been called on to share her knowledge with the next generation of idea leaders, both as a guest speaker at Wilfrid Laurier University and as an instructor at Mohawk College. She has taught courses such as B2B advertising, retail advertising and strategic planning.
