Microsoft has different needs for different products.  New features of these porducts needed to be technically explained to consumers. Instead of creating brochure-like web pages with technical instructions, we decided to combine Microsoft’s products together in one multi-media campaign. We created a hero named “Agent W7” that leads us into different adventures.  Along on his journey are his companions, “Doctor” and “Cutie”.  In subsiquent webisodes, Agent W7, discovers new inventions such as a “jacket with rocket”, “media compressor”, “time machine” and a “pocket teleportation device”. The result of the “Agent W7 campaign” proved to be very successful based on user click and download numbers.
