February 2008, Vol. 1, Edition 2
The outgoing and incoming president of the ICOM network met for a day and a half at the worldwide headquarters in Rollinsville, Colorado.

The outgoing president, Frank Weyforth of Weyforth-Haas Marketing, Kansas City, prepared a complete "How to President" manual for the new president,

Rino Ferrari of Rino Publicidade, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Frank, who had spent four years as president, briefed Rino on responsibilities and

opportunities of leading the 58 year old international network of independent agencies. Together they reviewed the agenda for the Cancun International Management Meeting, the revised By-laws and Policies and the current financial status. Rino said, "Frank made it very easy to step into the leadership of this great group of agencies".

OK, push the button, here’s my version in English.
