Two years ago, EMBARQ came to WHM needing an easy-to-use system that would enable sales representatives to customize marketing materials for their unique customers. WHM offered the perfect solution: EMBARQ™ On Q, which uses Conduit™, Weyforth-Haas Marketing’s Web-based software application. Sales representatives can go online and use On Q to develop personalized marketing materials.

Last year, WHM developed the Sales Proposal Tool for EMBARQ™ On Q. The Sales Proposal Tool is an interactive online application that allows sales representatives to create personalized sales proposals in minutes. The proposal includes a cover letter, product details, pricing, implementation schedule and diagram.

WHM is currently working on enhancements to the tool, including an approval page and super user editable access. The approval page will alert supervisors when a sales representative creates a proposal. The supervisor can review and approve the proposal for the sales representative to use in the field. This enhancement gives supervisors visibility to what their sales force is quoting. If proposals are reviewed and approved, there won’t be any surprises later.

Super user editable access will give users with the required access level the ability to completely edit the product copy. This enhancement gives the client the flexibility and cost savings to make updates as needed on their own.

EMBARQ™ managers are always looking for the most cost-effective route for implementing updates to On Q, and they have been pleased with the initial results of the Sales Proposal Tool.
