“Isang Katok, Isang Sagot” (One Knock, One Answer Promo)

Clusivol, a line of multi-vitamins from Wyeth Consumer Health, in partnership with Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) successfully staged the “Isang Katok, Isang Sagot” (One Knock, One Answer Promo) last year.
 
The event is a weekly promo activity that aims to create renewed excitement for Clusivol family brands, which include Clusivol Capsules (Adult multivitamins), Children’s Clusivol (appetite syrup) and Clusivol Power C (Vitamin C syrup).
 
A roving team visited a total of 22 provinces all over the Philippines.
 
 Randomly chosen households who have the participating products in the house were rewarded with instant cash and gift packs. Ample media support with live radio coverage of the winners provided entertainment and added excitement for the event.
 
Radyo Natin received a flood of requests for a repeat of the event during the promo run. Radyo Natin (Our Radio) is MBC’s network of provincial radio stations that were used as the event’s main vehicle in reaching over 160 grassroots communities nationwide.

The promo, which ran from September to December in 2009, was a huge hit with the local communities .The event not only boosted sales but also reinforced the total brand presence and engagement of customers in the provinces.
