Dateline 6th June – 9th June 2008: It was time again for us to pack up our luggage for our annual teambuilding trip. This year, the destination was the Island of Penang aka. “The Pearl of the Orient”.

Unlike the previous year, this years' trip was planned and managed by professional teambuilding trainers. A luxury coach picked us up from the office and delivered us to the Holiday Inn. Over the next 3 days we participated in teambuilding training sessions from 10am until 5pm. Activities included group problem solving tasks and games as well as breakout sessions. In the evenings we had our own activities which included team plays, a formal dress contest and a talent contest. Of course this was all held amidst heavy drinking and partying! Most of us staggered back to our rooms at 4am only to have to wake up at 9am.
