Weyforth-Haas Marketing’s client United Country Real Estate has an annual national convention to promote the company vision and strategic direction for the upcoming year to their franchisees. United Country uses this time with their franchise network to train, motivate, launch new initiatives and recognize performance. Convention attendance has grown each year and the 2008 convention included about 800 attendees from 300 franchises. Events included three days of seminars, speakers, workshops, award ceremonies and social gatherings.
Weyforth-Haas Marketing created the theme of the convention, “ReUnited,” and incorporated it into all aspects of the weekend. This year the convention took place in Kansas City, where the home office is located, and United Country wanted to make things feel like a family reunion. Combine the reunion emphasis with the name United Country, and “ReUnited” was born.
WHM helped United Country communicate the “ReUnited” message visually with mosaic graphics that literally brought photos of all the different offices and agents together to form bigger images relating to country properties. The attending agents had a blast finding themselves or their offices in the big pictures, which helped them feel like an integral part of the event.
