Previously, she was founding partner and CEO of Toy New York, which over its nearly five-year run garnered numerous industry accolades and attracted clients such as Amazon, Activision, Budweiser, Google, Macy’s, OfficeMax and Virgin Mobile. Prior to Toy, Bologna was president of Fallon New York, nearly doubling the agency’s billings and transforming the outpost into one of the top 10 most awarded agencies in the world. Over her 25+ year career in advertising, Bologna has contributed pioneering thinking to a number of global brands, creating the Starbucks “brand bible” and helping develop Citibank’s award-winning “Live Richly” campaign.

C-K New York and Burlington Coat Factory won an Award of Excellence in the Public Service category for the "Warm Coats & Warm Hearts Drive" program at the PR industry’s most prestigious award show the PRSA Silver Anvils. C-K Milwaukee also received a Bronze Anvil for InSinkErator.
