Activities:
May is our month for introspection and planning: Monday seminars include: “the year of the surge”, “reviewing our business plan”, and “setting individual S.M.A.R.T. goals”. Client surveys were sent. Responses are being reviewed and plans for corrective actions needed are being developed and sent.
These activities lead to a 2-day offsite agency “Advance” in June where we’ll work on agency issues.
Financials:
March was the halfway mark in our fiscal. After losing the Directv online account -- 20% of our revenue in December, we’ve been able to continue profitably by a combination of a few layoffs, some increased client budgets, two new accounts and two acquisitions.
